I had a cheese burger with the works, small fries and a drink. The bottom bun of the burger disintegrated, making eating the burger a chore and not very enjoyable. I can't say I will go back.

What can I say, except "shrug emoji ...it's Five Guys." It's 2024 and we all know the deal: FGs serves up OK burgers with lots of tasty, fun topping options; way too many (addictively good) french fries; lots of milkshakes options/mix-ins for the *highly* lactose tolerant among us. Order one of these menu items and there's a solid chance you'll be satisfied with the food you receive; stray from the prescribed path into, say, the scary world of BLTs at your own risk. (There's a reason the franchise never DBA'ed as "Five Guys Hotdogs.") Order big and be bold, of course, but just remember: you were warned.

Place is dirty, the kid who took the order was rude and pushy and obviously dislikes work. The food is good per usual. As a business owner myself I recommend the owner need to train his people or do a better job hiring.
