I have stopped going here due to bad customer service, rude employees. Orders usually wrong and way too expensive.

Incorrectly made the order, we ordered roast beef and we were given a hamburger (the manager called this roast beef). The manager was incredibly rude to our staff talking about “profit margins” instead of correcting the order. We will never be ordering from this place again. - Dr. Andrade Mass General

Did not disappoint! Roll toasted, meat plentiful, good ratio of sauce/mayo. Supper Beef 3-way with side of fries. Very glad I made the stop

Great roast beef staff is always great

Used to have good chix cutlet sandwiches, now the meat isn't even real cutlets, it's masacrated meat. Went back again for a roastbeef sub, couldn't even begin to eat it, balls of meat. Skip this place, new owners, not good!!

The pepperoni pizza here has a nice flavor to it.

Ordered a steak and cheese calzone with peppers, mushrooms, onion and cheese. Calzone arrived with only shaved steak, none of the additional ingredients. I also ordered crispy, the dough just came soft, greasy and extra brown. This was my first time ordering from here and definitely the last. I actually thought I ordered from Nicks Place in Lawrence (which is always amazing), so that error was on my part. Also for the price charged over $20, the calzone is extremely small

The staff ate great! I went through the drive thru and got a sandwich. 4 months later I returned and they remembered me and our conversation. I went in the third time. The place is immaculate! Most importantly, I love their food. They have a varied menu, but won't hesitate to make changes to accommodate your tastes.

I went through the drive through and ordered two roast.Beef sandwiches, one of them with no mayo I checked the slip before they ran my card and it was incorrect on the slip so I asked her to fix it.I said one of these is supposed to have no mayo on it.She proceeded to argue with me about what I said.When I ordered the sandwich and then shut the window in my face without fixing it. When I got home, I opened my sandwich.It was made completely wrong.Had tons of mayonnaise on it.And it was gross. I called her to tell her that the sandwich was made wrong.And she yelled, don't come back then!And hung up on me! Despicable customer service. I will never be going back here again.

I got a super beef on a junior roll and a small ff. The beef was cooked perfectly seasoned perfectly great portion too. Very friendly inviting lady at the counter. My only criticism will be the soda I think the syrup needs replacement it was a bit weak but not a deal breaker at all. Excellent experience for a first time visit. 😃
