“Went there for the first time yesterday. Had a crème brûlée latte and my husband had the Kentucky straight latte, and we split a vegan churro donut. Everything was so good and the staff was super friendly answering our questions. The atmosphere was really cool and relaxing too. The seating was comfy and everything felt so welcoming. Most places you go for coffee feel so cold and sterile with hard uncomfortable seating so I was excited to sit in a comfy swivel chair and drink my coffee. So glad we found this place and can’t wait to go back again and try even more of the menu.“

We went insure to order, line waiting for their items, collection of drinks from app orders to get picked up, And people ahead of us in line. We ordered a frap, a sandwich, and cake pops. Waited about 10 mins. No means complaining, but def something to be aware of, there seems to always be a wait. The music in the store was very loud, had to speak up just to order! Everything was great though, sandwich was better than expected, so all in all, worth the wait!“

Sweet ladies working there asking us how our day was, if we like the food, where we were from, like they treated us like royalty. They came to our table to pack our stuff when all we asked was for a bag. Linguica bread was delicious, they grill it and serve it hot. Latte was perfect and their breakfast sandwiches are tasty. But would made everything so much better so much greater was the service and a smile. The lady was smiling from the moment we walked into the moment that we walked out.“

“Just wanted to say that today on Mothers Day the staff At the Starbucks in Plainville was so patient and so kind, delivering each coffee with a smile. It was very busy and the app was turned off, probably due to the holiday, and there were a lot of very rude customers – the staff at the Starbucks handled it all very well, and with so much grace. As a former Chef I was very impressed. Making everyone’s individual coffees, all of them so unique, and so detailed, is not easy for even the most trained barista… And many of the customers were acting so entitled, and so rude, as if these staff members were ruining their whole Mother’s Day because they had to wait for their coffee! I was shocked and that is why I wanted to come in and say how much I appreciate the barista’s at the Plainville Starbucks - they do their jobs very Well, my coffee is always perfect and today I got to see them in action as they handled 35 scowling people, waiting for their order on a holiday. You guys rock and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and egg bites today and you delivered with poise and smiles in the midst of being in the weeds! You made my Mothers Day!“

“My girlfriend and myself stopped in at Starbucks before we went over to Target ? to look at the Halloween ? decorations. We stopped there for the convenience and also because I could follow my dietary restrictions (just having weight loss surgery a month ago) by having one of the egg bites your establishment sells. The egg bites are my favorite thing there and don't make me sick. The woman at the counter was super accommodating even though it was less than an hour before close and she was alone, she dropped everything to help us. As someone who has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry I can really appreciate and admire that. I know how hard that is when you're trying to get the heck out of work. My girlfriend had the coffee cake and the girl asked if she wanted it heated up. She said it was amazing. We also had the frozen passion fruit pineapple tea. So good! Totally recommend! We gave her a nice tip because we know it's hard to deal with the public and she was wearing a mask and that made us feel safer too. The people she had after us were so damn rude. So I hope this review gets to her and that she knows she's appreciated! She's a great employee and I hope that as her boss, you appreciate her too.“

“What can you say about Dunks? It is a New England staple and in my mind the best coffee around. I love their coffee rolls and their muffins however I do wish they had some more low-calorie snacks because it is hard to find something healthy to eat there.“

The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. We were in and out quickly. One word of caution... the parking can be crowded at times and pay particular attention when backing out. It could at times be a challenge when backing out of a space when customers are exiting from the drive thru. Other than that, it's one of the best Dunk's for a great Dunk's experience!!
