I love Starbucks and this one is a great one! Everything was great about this Starbucks but one time some employee was being very rude to me and my grand kids. The food here is pretty good overall. Inside is very clean and organized. I think this is the Starbucks to go to if you want to have a good time, eat and drink good food!

I reluctantly love their cold brew - it's the best in town. But I am continually confused as to how there are always 10 -- yes, literally 10 people working behind the counter, but it takes 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. They must be prioritizing and catering to their drive-thru and online ordering customers over their in-person ones. It's such a disappointment. I was really pleased with my experience at the Starbucks in Northampton, MA today. I was able to have my order delivered with Uber Eats. The order was correct and very neatly presented. The price was very reasonable for the products. The order arrived quicky, too. The iced coffee was really great, and the danishes were, too.
