I love Starbucks and this one is a great one! Everything was great about this Starbucks but one time some employee was being very rude to me and my grand kids. The food here is pretty good overall. Inside is very clean and organized. I think this is the Starbucks to go to if you want to have a good time, eat and drink good food!

I reluctantly love their cold brew - it's the best in town. But I am continually confused as to how there are always 10 -- yes, literally 10 people working behind the counter, but it takes 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. They must be prioritizing and catering to their drive-thru and online ordering customers over their in-person ones. It's such a disappointment. To get a plate and fork for my son to eat his lemon loaf was quite a mission. I get the vibe that the folks behind the counter are thinking "not my department" when they see me standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. I wish more businesses valued customer service for their in-person customers, as opposed to the impersonal nature of online orders. People should feel well cared for when they go somewhere like this.

I was really pleased with my experience at the Starbucks in Northampton, MA today. I was able to have my order delivered with Uber Eats. The order was correct and very neatly presented. The price was very reasonable for the products. The order arrived quicky, too. The iced coffee was really great, and the danishes were, too.

I came in yesterday and the manager there, a guy named Zack, was incredibly rude. He was snippy with me and was berating employees on the floor, just being generally unpleasant. The way he talked down to the people working for him was extremely uncomfortable. It seemed like he was actively looking for an excuse to be cruel.I've noticed some weird behavior from this guy a couple of times before, but after this I won't come back. The baristas here are really nice, but it sucks to see them being mistreated and I can't support that with my money.
