“Dined here last evening. Wow! From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth of the atmosphere in this beautiful restaurant. Subtle music, warm welcome and lovely decor. The staff is helpful and friendly. The presentation on the dishes is beautiful. I hope that more people discover this gem in Northborough. As a business professional, this would be my go-to place to bring clients and business associates. The owners are hands on and it shows.“

“I just found out about this place recently & went today for the first time for brunch, my favorite meal. Chill Kitchen and Bar has been open for about 8 years, per our wonderful waiter, Nicholas. I started with the pickle bloody mary, which was fabulous, they infuse the vodka in-house with dill pickles. My friend had the frittatta with homefries that they cook with onions. They were amazing! I had the sweet potato hash with ground beef, two eggs, topped with a flavorful hollandaise. It's a scratch kitchen, and you can tell everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Between the service and the food, I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. Can't wait to go back. Shout out to the new bar tender, Mike! Also, I have to point out their expresso martinis, I didn't get to try... but holy moly, they are huge!“

“Milford - First time in, did not love what I ordered and not only was it taken off our bill, but the manager gave us a $25 gift card to come back…that’s excellent customer service which impressed us. Flatbread was excellent, waitress was very kind and attentive and lots of local teens working which was really nice to see. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️“

“We had a great time here. 3 Adults, 2 kids and a baby all enjoyed the food (from bread to bread pudding, interesting flavors and well made).
Service was kind and attentive.
Kid-friendliness: No printed kids menu but they had chicken tenders and pasta dishes!“

“Always fantastic food in very special old New England building with wonderful interior, lighting and terrace. If you’re looking for a special setting for a special meal this is unbeatable in the area.
My recommendation is to do a wine tasting before 5.30pm when that closes, to decide your favorite wine, then go to dinner and order a bottle.“

“The rib eye is the best! Best wait staff. Ashley is going to get her PhD. Typical of so many of the servers. Our favorite. Ordered the ribeye. My other favorite: Seafood Savannah Pie. Basically a seafood medley casserole. ?
Parking: In White City, so plenty of parking.“

“I was staying at the Beechwood hotel and stopped by Sonoma early in the morning looking for coffee. Gigi greeted me with a smile and assured me I’d love theirs. It was incredible- dark, rich, and so smooth without a hint of bitterness! I seriously could not wait for the next morning- for both the coffee and getting to chat with Gigi again! I’ll be back when we are next in Worcester- hopefully to dine at Sonoma as well.“

“Atmosphere is very busy and loud, but good food makes up for it! I might suggest steering away from the nachos if you like meat in yours, or requesting extra meat as it is quite sparse. The Korean Gochujang chicken sandwich was absolutely incredible! Crispy, bursting with flavor, and absolutely huge. The rosemary fries pair very well with it.“

“We usually sit at the bar and get immediate service. The bartender last night even remember us from a few months ago. She remembered what we drank. My sister ordered the same as last time and I ordered a slightly dirty Tito’s martini with a special request for bleu cheese stuffed olives. They were perfection! We both ordered the ahi tuna with avocado and jasmine rice. Omg it was to die for. I can’t wait to go back and order it again. I wish I could remember the bartender’s name so I could give her a shout out!!! All it says in the receipt is server: PM.“

“I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“

“Central Public House is a fantastic eating spot. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very attentive and the building itself is gorgeous.I've been to the restaurant a few times and some of the food I've ordered was the Spicy Caesar Salad, the hummus, the spinach and artichoke dip and the creme brulee. All of the meals were not only delicious but it's clear that CPH uses fresh ingredients. I typically order salads at restaurants and you usually expect a few damper pieces of lettuce, but the Caesar is always fresh and crunchy, the dressing well distributed, a perfect amount of parmesan and fun spicy kick to make the dish unique. Definitely my go to meal! The apps are also fantastic. The pita bread is great for dipping and has a wonderful texture. They also go great with both the hummus and artichoke dips. Both these dips are well seasoned, have a great consistency and honestly their hummus is some of the best I've ever had.Lastly the creme brulee is always lovely, great consistency and the burnt sugar on the top is always such a fun treat!Regarding drinks, CPH has a great selection of alcohol. The cans of ciders and beers they have stocked are from a great selection of local breweries, Jacks Abby, Downeast and Night Shift to name a few. And then there's the mixed drinks! They have a fun selection of cocktails. I absolutely love the brown sugar old fashioned. It's definitely one of my favorites. The staff is also phenomenal. All of their waiters and waitresses are attentive and always have a kind attitude. They're great about checking in when you need things. The kitchen crew is very talented and always keeping up the quality of their dishes while still getting food out at a fast pace. They really nail down the recipes even while changing out the menu every few weeks. It creates a fun enviornment for patrons because there's always something new and fun to try, but still always made with the same phenomenal quality. It's also nice to see how active the manager is on site. He's always running food to tables, checking in with guests and even running take out orders. It really speaks to the quality of the staff running the building. And speaking of the building, it's beautifully designed and well constructed! The bar is absolutely gorgeous and the seating is very comfortable. Eating next to the large windows brings in a lot of natural light which adds a nice aesthetic to your dining experience. The kitchen even has a window you can watch through to see the kitchen staff hard at work as they make your food.I would highly recommend Central Public House, between the fantastic food, amazing staff and just an absolutely fun atmosphere. You won't regret spending an evening here.“

“Absolutely the best N. Y. Sirloin I have ever tasted. It was thick, tender and favorable, served with a chicken-of-the-woods reduction that was perfectly paired with the steak. Reservations are recommended and the place was full within the first hour of operation. It can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected for an restaurant that is as popular as Romaine's. Service was adequate and attentive for the Saturday night crowd“
