Wow — the food here is absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was so, so good, but the pork belly brisket sandwich completely blew me away. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before — melt-in-your-mouth perfection!
The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, perfect for enjoying great food without any rush or noise. The wait staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

Stopped in for some brisket! Ended up with Freedom Shots (delicious) queso Mac (yummy) and smoked Texas meatballs (delicious and I don’t eat meatballs) and brisket which was so good and tender. Will definitely be back for more BBQ
More than your moneys worth!! Incredible flavor from sandwiches to sides and it’d be a sin not to top it off with dessert - 💯 a MUST !!

Freedom Fire BBQ serves absolutely delicious, fantastic food, with everything made fresh and from scratch. The brisket is out of this world good, tender, and the best ever eaten. Standout items include the pork belly brisket sandwich, Freedom Shots, queso Mac, and smoked Texas meatballs. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and the nicest, going above and beyond. It is the best BBQ, and the hardest part is not buying everything on the menu.
