“I left a pretty negative review about a month ago after having a really disappointing meal here. I’m a regular, and that night I ordered the steak tips and unfortunately they were just not good. I did mention at the time that the service was great, but I was very disappointed with the food.

I think it’s only fair that I come back and leave another review when the experience has been completely different. I’ve been back probably 4–5 times since then, and every experience has been great. The food has been consistently much better, and the staff here continues to be awesome.

The service is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and that’s a big reason we continue to come back. I really appreciate a place where the staff makes you feel like a valued regular, and Marsh Coal Fire has absolutely done that.

Everyone can have an off night, and after several great experiences since my last review, they definitely deserve the recognition. Very happy we kept coming back, and we’ll continue to be regulars!“

“My fiancé and I were in town for an event and stopped in at TK O’Shea’s around 3:30 PM for a bite to eat. Our waitress, Mars, was absolutely incredible! Even though she was handling all the tables on her own, she stayed on top of everything with a great attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. After our event, we decided to stop back in for a cocktail—and Mars was still working and still absolutely killing it! When we told her how fantastic our experience had been, she was so kind and genuinely grateful. Unfortunately, we heard that she’d had to deal with a rude customer earlier, which was disappointing to hear. People need to remember to be patient—yes, service might have been a little slower than usual, but she was doing the work of several people and doing it with a smile. We’ll definitely be back next year when we return for our annual event. The food was great, but the service was truly unmatched.“

“Today, on August 9th we had a gathering in the banquet room. The wait staff were very attentive to everyone there. And there was a lot of us. The food was delicious and stayed hot the whole time. I appreciate that Chef Shannon took the time to come out and talk to my husband and myself. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next. To the wait staff Thank You our celebration was made better because of you patience with all of us.“
