Waitress delightful and made excellent recommendations for our pizza!
Pam was great! Brock oven pizza is amazing! Very friendly service. Thank you
Always a great meal and great service. The bread and oil are my favorite. Great salads and soups, and always a great entree. I always leave full and happy.
Bertucci's Italian Restaurant is a reliable choice for delicious food, even with special requests. The staff efficiently handle online orders for pick-up, ensuring a quick and quiet experience. When issues arise, the team springs into action, rectifying problems and offering compensation, as demonstrated when staff went the extra mile to fix an error with cooked pizzas. Customers have praised the pizzas, cooked to perfection, calling them among the best they've ever had.
Recently, Russell stood out for his quick and attentive service, helping customers feel welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant's accommodating staff ensure a great dining experience, offering excellent customer service. For example, during a lunch take-out order, the team went above and beyond by providing laminated menus for a customer who needed them. Additionally, Pam received compliments for her outstanding service as a bartender and server, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. Bertucci's continues to impress with great food and attentive service that keeps customers returning.
