BEST FRIENDLY’S EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I stopped by the Friendly’s in Walpole this morning and the staff completely MADE my Christmas Eve. Every single person was beyond helpful, so kind, and genuinely fun to be around. The vibes were immaculate, and I honestly wanted to stay longer just to hang out with them. They went above and beyond to make my visit special, and I can’t recommend this location enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, you HAVE to go. Truly the best of the best!!! 🎄✨🍦

Everytime I go here the staff and customers are very family orientated. My grandkids are a little wild (okay alot) But the waitresses are fantastic.I keep apologizing, and they keep telling me to relax. Sometimes when i'm eating, I somehow get somebody's little one next to me which is funny and great.And I asked them what they're doing, and they tell me a story.And then sometimes my child goes over to the next table and they keep telling me to relax.It's a really really atmospheric fantastic.

We came in with three crazy kids and Abryanna was nothing short of amazing! She was super friendly, consistently checking on us, and kindly making sure that the kids were finishing their food before dessert came out- a friendly reminder which was exactly what we and the kids needed. We are so grateful for such a wonderful after a hectic day. Thank you Aubryanna!! We appreciate you.

We came at around 4 on a Tuesday, so it wasn’t too busy but the service was still stellar. Our waitress was kind and the time between ordering/receiving food was less than 10 minutes. It was pretty good, especially the onion rings and burger, but nothing too extraordinary. The ice cream is just as tasty as always though. There was constant cleaning and employees working in their downtime. I’d return to this location for sure!

Waited an hour and a half for food to come lukewarm and fries soggy and cold. The order was missing a burger and we had to wait another half an hour for the burger, and still was the wrong burger and we had to come back for the drink. They gave the wrong drink we still left tired and 2 hours behind schedule

I have came out this week, with my family, and wanted to have AC, but it’s so hot in this building. It’s 100 degrees outside and so hot inside. PLEASE turn down the heat!!! My shirt, on my back is soaked. Or I won’t come back.
