This is an absolute gem. Local friends recommended it and we would come back to the vineyard just to go here! Loved it so much we spent Thanksgiving there for a full traditional buffet meal. The regular menu has local fish, authentic jerk chicken, and more. Great VFW bar in back with cheap drinks (cash only bar). Chef Deon is so warm and welcoming.
Take out or dine in, the food was great. In a sense, a clientele more supported by Islanders at the VFW Hall, than visitors. Jerk Chicken with rice, broccoli and plantains was excellent as was the fried chicken and collard greens. You go for the flavor, not the ambiance.

Jerk chicken is spicy and tender, amazing! Goat curry also delicious and not too spicy. A little fatty but that’s goat for you. Great conch chowder, just right in the amount of seasonings, conch and veggies, in a rich broth. Place is very casual inside, not like other MV restaurants, but in a good way. Adjacent to VFW bar, same building.
