Great place , close to the Vineyard Haven ferry, for a last stop before leaving.Do wish they had cream cheese for the bagels

Service is always extremely slow, waiting 15 minutes for a coffee while the workers sit and talk to each other and other workers who come and aren’t even on the clock distract the staff. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and not only did it take 10 minutes but I had to put the cream cheese on myself. I am not a coffee person so ordered an iced chai tea. It was good and came pretty quickly. My friend who wanted coffee and was the reason we walked over had to wait an inordinately long time for her coffee. We later learned the ticket didn't print so it wasn't actually being made while we waited. Luckily, she did finally ask after having waited through several rounds of other customers being served their drinks.
