Not our best experience. Food is normally great but last nigh just good. Probably a different chef. Service was mixed - first server left and second server was very good but for what ever reason, food was delayed. Maybe first server did not put order in on time. Hopefully, just an off night.
As a Cape Codder, I try out restaurants I haven't been to yet. This little restaurant with a lovely outdoor area is a treat. The Summer Primavera plate is full of flavor, and the staff is inviting and welcoming. A shout out to Michael, who is well versed in the recommendation that was suited to my palette. He was attentive and has a great smile. I was impressed by the GM Missy, who took the time to check on me to see if I was enjoying my meal, and to chat.
First time here, expected great everything looking at reviews. My wife's meal was excellent. She has no complaints. I ordered the linguini and clams...the whole dish was overcooked. The clams were tough and stringy and the pasta was almost hard. Best guess my meal sat on the hot lights while they cooked my wife's pizza. Also watched one of the table bussers actually itch his face using the side of napkin wrapped silverware, yikes!
