There were 15 of us, including 8 children ranging from 1 -14 years of age. Our family has many food preferences and allergies and everyone was able to find something on the menu they could eat. That is not something that happens too often. Our server was outstanding in her attentiveness, patience and accuracy. One person serving 14 is not easy, I'm sure. We had a great time!

Despite having a reservation, waited 15 minutes to be seated in a half empty dining room. (apparently ongoing staffing issue) ? Ordered sausage/onion/mushroom and meatball and ricotta pizzas. Was informed that they were out of sausage. Ok how about a pepperoni pizza, was informed they were out of pepperoni. Ok how about just a plain cheese pizza? Server left to place order and returned to inform us they were also out of meatball! Really, how can a pizza restaurant run out of toppings? At that point left restaurant, very disappointing. I can see why Bertucci's is filing for bankruptcy. To bad that a nice restaurant has fallen so low with service and quality!

I ordered a Meat lover's pizza and a vege pizza. The vege pizza was fine with vegetables well distributed but the meat one was 1/4 chicken, a 1/4 ham, 1/4 sausage, and 1/4 something else (my son ate the other 1/4). I would have liked to have an all meat pizza like I have gotten instead of 1/4's of one topping each and for $50+ for both pizza's... I wasn't happy at all!Probably won't go there again!

The food here is always good. This time it arrived not as hot or as timely as we might have liked. Like everywhere staffing is an issue. We only saw two wait staff to service the whole place. They were clearly trying but not very able to keep up. We may try elsewhere on our next drive from Boston.
The worst possible experience. No one greeted us at our table for 25 minutes. Freezing cold restaurant, loud music, filthy tables everywhere. Begged to have our order taken. Took nearly an hour for a pasta and one pizza. Needed to ask for everything including silverware, napkins, water. Bathroom filthy. Have given this place so many chances. It is a dump with inept people working.

Saturday Oct. 22nd 2022.I and a group of friends made a 4pm reservation at Peabody Bertuccis. SERVICE WAS SLOW & UNINVITING!Sat 10-15 minutes before seeing waitress to order 1st Drinks. 15-20 minutes later Drinks arrive. Waitress disappears. ONLY ONE WAITRESS to handle my group of 16 people. Please note, most tables were empty, so one would think service would have been better. With that said 20 minutes after just a few drinks were delivered, waitress returns to take orders. I was one of the First 3 orders taken. Keep in mind we arrived at 4pm With Reservations . Our orders arrived at the table at 5:15. Oh, EXCEPT THE FIRST THREE ORDERS! Now the waitress finally realizes that three people are not eating . "Oh I'm sorry she said, your orders will just be a couple minutes! 18 minutes later, they finally arrive. You would think she would have apologized and admitted she lost our orders rather than say, "your orders will just be a couple minutes". Now that my order arrived, (chicken Picata), the chicken was over cooked , had the consistency of cardboard. The chef most likely doesn't know how to cook, or microwaved the chicken. It was "smothered" with capers. The dish was terrible ! Aside from the dinner fiasco the waitress returns and asks if we would like drinks. Of course I was one of 5 drinks (a beer) that she yet again did not bring. Another oversite! When she realized 10 minutes later that she didn't bring my drink, she said that the bartender was tapping a new keg and " It would be just a couple of minutes". Lol.At this point , I said just to forget about it. I would like to point out that the waitress NEVER asked at the beginning if anyone wanted appetizers, never Offered and additional comment about each order weather it came with any choices of a side, if so what choice was preferred etc.., Never returned to ask if everyone's dinner was OK after served as most waitresses do, Never returned after the meal to ask if anyone wanted desert, coffee or another beverage etc.,Never returned to ask if we were all set and bring our bill for the dinner. She had to be chased down and be asked for it so that we could be on our way.All in all Bertuccis was severely unprepared to serve a group of people with a reservation. I can't imagine that we would have had such great service if it was busy at the time we arrived. (I'm being sarcastic here, I hope you realize)Also the waitress was the ONLY person assigned to our table. As our table backed up with empty drink glasses and bottles, the clutter was never removed thru out the duration of out time sitting, there was no bus boy, no extra hands delivering the first 13 of 16 meals,. I honestly can't understand how this Particular Bertuccis is remaining in business. It clearly does not cater to or appreciate its customers and definitely does not how to properly prepare and cook its food being served. I would not recommend this restaurant even if it was the last and only restaurant on Rt1.Do yourself, your family and friends a good deed and go somewhere else, even if its MacDonalds!I took a picture of my meal that I waited for one and a half hours after arrival.Please take a look. LoL
Husband and I ordered lunch specials that included salad with his sandwich, soup for me. He got his salad, I did not. He was done when I tracked down the waitress in the bar for my salad just as he got his sandwich. Soup arrived before he was done but had to sit there while I finished. Mediocre is kind. The pizza was fair, the fettuccine Alfredo was lousy... Straight from a jar. The food and drinks were overpriced. Do not recommend.
We used to LOVE Bertucci's and frequented them often when we lived in the area. We were visiting area after moving away and went for old times sake. The music was soooo loud, couldn't have a conversation ?. The pizza crust was very different; not flaky, puffy and light like we remembered. Very disappointed overall.

The food came out piping hot, tasted fantastic and our server was very attentive. Katherine was managing about 8 tables and doing an outstanding job! Bertucci's has really upped their game. Thanks!

Just left beetuccis with a “Verde” pizza and got home and they didn’t put cheese on half of my pizza, there’s no arugula or balsamic drizzle. I was charged $17 for a pizza that didn’t even come how it was supposed to!
