I am a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ and everybody here is always so nice and polite, service is amazing, and the workers actually work hard and put effort in making the food and serving their customers. There was this one specific lady who is always smiling and giving the best service to me and obviously others. Her name is Hiba! She needs a raise she’s so sweet and always treats her customers with good intentions. God bless her!
Joe just went into the dunks and after pretty much giving up on being taken care of like the manager said.. when I went in the guy only took the money for my coffee and told me the donut was free. I thought hey better then nothing though I thought I should of been offered a coffee 1 time for free . The manager did say they would take care of it been there at least 8 times since the meds up and never even acknowledged so I had hivinup on it and was fine with that but then...
Our pickup orders were fast, accurate, and food was tasty. We were traveling so a quick restroom trip was needed and I liked it was right off the highway. The restroom itself was well lit, clean, and not broken so that's a plus.
