Giovanni's House of Pizza & Roast Beef

Came in to Salem/Peabody area late in the evening and after taking the dogs to potty and checking in to our hotel, did not feel like going back out in the rain to get dinner, so we ordered from Giovanni's House of Pizza through Grub Hub. While I did need to call the restaurant to make sure that they had received our order (not their fault), they were great and courteous on the phone and our food was actually about to leave when I called. My friend ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone and I had the Pepperoni and Cheese Calzone. They came hot and fresh, with crispy and tasty crust. The marinara sauce is some of the best that I have had. We ordered smalls and they are definitely big enough that we have leftovers for dinner tomorrow. We will come back the next time we are coming through town.

Staff is so rude and unwelcoming. Had the worst experience being treated with the the utmost disrespect.

Great Food and Service. They let me build my own custom sub 🥪 the way I wanted and we’re all for it. Thank you very very much it was very very delicious 😋 I would recommend this place to anyone.

Called about an issue. Cut me off and hung up after one sentence. Did the same when I called back. Called back one more time and he left the phone line hanging on purpose. This is how the manager on duty treats people. -1/5 stars!!!
