The food was excellent and everything felt very clean and well kept. The restaurant was pretty quiet, which made for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The music was nice, though a bit boring. Eddie, the only server who introduced himself, was funny and had great energy—he really added to the experience. The other two staff members were also very polite. Overall, a great place with amazing food and friendly service.
Marco's has been our go to spot for years to bring friends and family for quality Italian food without needing to venture into Boston nor pay 'Boston prices'. And the drinks? Top notch! And yes, you may miss the exit off route 1 a few times if you don't pay attention.
I'd give this ten stars if I could. This was one of the most authentic Italian restaurants I've ever had. Generous portions. Appetizers we tried were the bruschetta (bursting with flavor) and callimari (possibly the best I've ever had). I wasn't sure since the callimari did not come with a red sauce but we squeezed the lime over them and voila....perfection! They were so light and airy.
