I booked/ made this reservation 2 weeks in advance and requested a particular server and a booth for our party of 4. We were told that there were no booths available so they sat us at a table near the door which we had a cool breeze every time the door was opened. Although we did not get the server we requested, our server was very friendly but not timely. We requested a second bottle of wine and after we were finishing up our meal, she came back with the bottle. We decided not to drink it as we were almost finished with our entree's. Although our first experience was not what we were hoping for, we believe in second chances and will try this restaurant another time in the future.

This restaurant can't decide what it wants to be but it was definitely not what I wanted. Loud nightlife bar music was playing from the bar (at 5pm) while people were trying to eat their meal in the restaurant section. People were almost screaming over each other to be heard. Tables by the bar were just about on top of each other, I felt like I was part of other's conversations which were easily overheard as we were all shouting anyway. It was exhausting. The restaurant hasn't had a facelift in many years, it felt like a moldy basement, and was not welcoming or relaxing. I couldn't wait to eat and go. It was a hot mess. I will never go back. Disappointing because the food wasn't half bad and our server was a doll.

We are return diners. The service and food was fantastic as usual. Our server "Caylea" took great care of us. The Arincini app was very good . Our meals, Scallops over risotto and Eggplant Rollitini, were excellent. The homemade fussilli pasta was a great choice. We will be back. Thanks

First thing to note the best fried calamari I've ever had in all of New England, especially with the red peppers that are fried and you squirt some lemon juice plus the sauce it already comes with incredibly epic. The bread and oil are amazing. The oil is richly infused with garlic flavor and enhances the breads texture so much. The bolognese was not that great. I've had much much better a little bland for my taste. I would not recommend the short rib. Ravioli however was incredible. I would go back just for the ravioli and the fried calamari. The drinks are good. The events are very fun, especially the Frank Sinatra nights. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are accessible and extremely clean. The prices are very, very reasonable, high quality food without breaking your budget. There are high chairs for babies. Parking can be difficult if there is an event considering there are so many more shops and restaurants in the same plaza. If you're going to a romantic date or a Frank Sinatra event, just take an Uber or Lyft. If possible, save yourself the parking hassle. The steak was a 8 out of 10. I've had better

This place always amazes me with how they go above and beyond with their service. They don't settle for good, they truly give you their best every time. It also helps that the food is consistently great. It usually takes me 40-50 minutes to get there. Worth the drive.

Super friendly and fast service. Staff was very welcoming and warm. Our daughter loved it and ate up all the pasta. Appetizers came out fast and all the food was fresh and hot! Spicy rigatoni was tasty and filling. Tiramisu was 👌
