To the owner of this place: you’ll bump up your sales by at least 20% if you switch metal chairs to plastic or wooden. Or just get matts/covers for the existing chairs. It will work out. I guarantee.
Cannot say enough, the manager is exceptional. Old school customer service, pride in their job, it all shines through. Thank you for restoring my faith in service and getting a good value for your dollar. The food is amazing for the price.
I visited Tropical Smoothie when they were busy, and my smoothie turned out watery. One of the workers dropped my straw on the floor and handed it to me, which is unsanitary. When I asked for a new one, she rolled her eyes. However, the lady at the checkout was lovely! 😄
