Ordered 2 fish, was asked to pull aside. A sweet girl came and apologetically said only one was available. Offered reimbursement or credit for a fish meal. I said credit would be fine. She thanked me for not being disgruntled as I'm sure happens often. Several days later I ordered the replacement fish and she remembered the transaction and she brought it out shortly and thanked me by name. Don't know her name but I do know you don't get many fast food employees like that....read full review
I ordered 2 whopper meals and only got the sandwiches and drinks. some of the employees didn't look like they liked working there and it showed.
