This is one of our “go to” places food is always amazing and their house salads with house dressing Yum 😋
When we entered, there was about a 10 minute wait. We were seated as soon as possible. The owner was very visible throughout the restaurant and made sure that everybody knew that it wouldn’t be long. He was very involved in making sure everyone was taken care of. When we were seated, Jenny was our server and she got our drink order and returned promptly with them. Jimmy had a captain and coke and he said it was good. I stick with my usual— Diet Coke on the rocks— lol...read full review

Highland restaurant in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is a beloved local spot that has been serving delicious meals for over 50 years. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, with a friendly and efficient service that makes guests feel like family. The staff, including the owner, take the time to chat and make everyone feel welcome. The portions are generous, with meals like chicken Parmesan, manicotti, scallops, and chicken parmigiana leaving diners satisfied. The house Italian dressing and mozzarella triangles are highly recommended. Although the outside may seem unassuming, the interior offers a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a casual dining experience. The food feels like homemade comfort food, with hearty and tender chicken in the Chicken Parm, perfectly breaded and fried, topped with mozzarella and served with a simple old-world style sauce that complements the dish well. Pricing and portions are very good. Highland is a great place to enjoy a tasty meal and warm service, whether for a family dinner or a charming date night.
