Ordered 2 fish, was asked to pull aside. A sweet girl came and apologetically said only one was available. Offered reimbursement or credit for a fish meal. I said credit would be fine. She thanked me for not being disgruntled as I'm sure happens often. Several days later I ordered the replacement fish and she remembered the transaction and she brought it out shortly and thanked me by name. Don't know her name but I do know you don't get many fast food employees like that....read full review
Abby was absolutely amazing, kind courteous on point with getting my orders in the food out. Several times she has helped me when I couldn't get help from other staff members

A reliable and well runned BK! They're mostly pretty quick with orders, and the employees are either very calm or very friendly! Even in the rare instances that they do miss or accidentally get something wrong from my order, after politely mentioning the issue, they'll usually correct it quickly!
