“Almost every trip to Pittsfield requires a stop into The Spot for one of their juices, smoothies, or my favorite Açaí Bowl in the country. I travel to many states and always try their açaí bowl offerings. Only one in. Colorado came close, but The Spot is still number 1!! Can’t wait until they open Bear Butter in Great Barrington.“

“Ordered 2 fish, was asked to pull aside. A sweet girl came and apologetically said only one was available. Offered reimbursement or credit for a fish meal. I said credit would be fine. She thanked me for not being disgruntled as I'm sure happens often. Several days later I ordered the replacement fish and she remembered the transaction and she brought it out shortly and thanked me by name. Don't know her name but I do know you don't get many fast food employees like that. I hope you appreciate her!“

“I just got the Reuben, black bean chili and buffalo cauliflower and they were amazing!! I was nervous about the seitan in the Reuben because I don’t like tofu but I couldn’t even tell! Will definitely be back 😁“
