I have gotten food from this location and the one on north street many many times before, however this Tuesday (6/3/24) I experienced outstanding customer service. We were served by Connor and Brendon and came in within 5 minutes of them closing. Not only were they able to accommodate us so close to closing time, but they were extremely friendly and more than happy to serve us. You will not be mistaken coming here, and they also have great food.
Connor and Brandon serviced us at the Tyler Street location. We had a very pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent but the service alone was reason enough to come back again I hope their boss gets to see this.
I HIGHLY recommend this Hot Harry's honestly out of all of them. Chris & crew are fabulous, work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied & have the best customer service. My food always taste so great. It is definitely 1,000% is my comfort food and am in here multiple times a week for dinner after a long day or quick lunch stop.
