So, Denise. She really is an asset to this location. With over a 30 minutes wait for our food with no explanation aside from the young man working the drive through on 10/19 approx. 5:45 aside from “it’ll be right out.” Denise took the time to come and discuss what the exact reason for the delay was instead of “I already told you, just a minute.” The wait for the food, sucks but it happens, but the unprofessionalism displayed in the temper the drive through worker was...
Ordered online and showed the order would be ready in 10 minutes, got there late and thought the food would be ready upon arrival and had to wait another 10 minutes for the food to be made and they had plenty of staff on
By traveling alot, I was able to visit the Beautiful State of Albany, Ny. While here, I knew I had to test my Taco Bell theory. I hate lettuce on my Tacos and most stores when eating in don't wish to give you a hard shell taco half full, so they put more cheese and tomatoes on the hard shell version to show a fuller taco and saving you the cost for extra cheese and tomatoes. Mind you, this only works with a great taco Belle restaurant and hard shell tacos. Mine were perfect:)
