Very long wait. I ordered 10pc chicken nuggets and baconator fries. Asked for a couple extra sweet & sour. What I got was the standard 2 packs of dipping sauce and no fork to eat the Baconater fries. Is it too much to ask for a fork for the fries?? Real tough to eat these with your fingers.
The purple haired drive through lady is immature unprofessional disrespectful watching them goof around play but make customers wait 20 plus minutes for drive through orders had to drive through twice after they told may that the order was almost ready. Pull forward and they would bring it out to me after about 10 minutes of waiting. I drove back through the drive through. And they told me that they were extremely backed up. I’ve had this issue multiple times at this Wendy’s. Every time I place a pickup order with several drinks, they tell me they are out of drink trays. The last time I ordered five drinks, I asked for a tray and was told they didn’t have any. Today, the same thing happened again.

Wendy's is a nice restaurant with great service, especially on Mondays. The employees are friendly and polite, with the manager being on top of large orders. However, there have been some issues with missing items in orders and rude customer service. Despite past problems, the restaurant is now under new management, providing top-notch service. Customers are pleased with the improvements and express gratitude for the excellent service. They are looking forward to returning soon.
