Every time I go there it’s at least 20-30 mins for food that’s not even close to what I order. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall service just sucks.
have trained staff at drive thru window. wrong order, no straw or receipt. how does this store stay in business? I'm done with them.

Wendy's is a nice restaurant with great service, especially on Mondays. The employees are friendly and polite, with the manager being on top of large orders. However, there have been some issues with missing items in orders and rude customer service. Despite past problems, the restaurant is now under new management, providing top-notch service. Customers are pleased with the improvements and express gratitude for the excellent service. They are looking forward to returning soon.
