“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

“Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) “Imagine this, you get off work a little early, take the train from Boston home to get the kids to the play place for some fun, and you arrive to McDonalds with the kids excited and things rolling smooth.

Your wife placed the order online prior to arriving and when you get there your slushee and pops are already on the counter.

Your youngest goes to the bathroom with mom to swap out his diaper before playtime. Your four year old is waiting with you at the counter.

Out of the back of the kitchen area you hear one loud f-bomb after another coming from the teenagers and manager. Your kid immediately looks at you, but you’re at McDonalds. What can you expect?

So, you get your meal and go back to the play place. You look over at your two year old to realize his diaper was not fitted properly and he starts to pee up and out of the diaper.

You grab him to take him to the car, and you being the responsible adult go to tell management. The young man who hears you goes back to talk to his manager.

They all take a poll in the back if they just want to shut the play place down and evict two other families playing there because “they just don’t want to deal with it”. Also imagine offering to clean it up, but no one has asked you.

Next imagine they were saying things like “who lets their kid pee on the floor”, “they must be terrible parents,” and how messed up it is the two year old had this accident.

Yes. All of these things happened today at this McDonalds. When I told the manager I heard every word they said and didn’t appreciate the mean and frankly awful things they said, I was told she was 24 and never wanted to have kids, so it wasn’t her problem.

When your customers and delivering value beyond cheap food ceases, what real value does this place have anymore? None.

“My husband and I stopped by the other day while out running errands. The bubble tea is such a generous serving and absolutely delicious! The boba was super soft and fresh. We also had the popcorn chicken, and the pork chasu bun, both fantastic. The prices were incredibly reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!“

“Good and quick texmex food (heavier on the mex thankfully). You can see them making the food fresh every time you go in there and you can taste it too. Lots of options for proteins, toppings, and side dishes. Tastes great; just a bit pricey for the portion sizes. That’s just Pat’s Place for you though lol.“

“Ordered two chicken breast (5.00) one pc was kind of small, small fry ($2.75) way over priced, the fries were over cooked, they were dry and crunchy!!!!if I do go back (probably not) defiantly will not pay $2,75 for cheap skinny over cooked fries, ill keep going to Dexter st instead“

“Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. The Pina colada best of the best !!! The pinchos bomb and the chimi mix was absolutely flavorful. The carne frita was also very delicious !! Will be back soon . Very friendly and went above and beyond .“

“Really good burger place!! You can customize your burger with over 15 choices of toppings. Fries are delicious and so are the milkshakes! They have the freestyle drink machines so you can even customize your drink. The ladies working were super friendly and service was fast! The building was clean too. No complaints here!!“
