“I recently visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on School St. in Mansfield, MA. The manager, Mitch Cleary, was the only person working during a busy lunchtime because his staff had quit earlier that day. He was doing his best to keep up with the orders coming in online and was very polite to the patrons who were patiently waiting for their sandwiches. When patrons came in to order on site, he calmly and politely told them it would be about 45 minutes before he could get their orders to them. He was working constantly and methodically to serve his customers in an impossible situation. I commend him for being so unflappable.Not realizing he was the manager, I provided feedback on the app while I waited. Mitch responded to my concerns the very next day and offered to comp my sub and to give me some coupons for a future visit. He apologized for a situation that was out of his control.A few days later, my son who is visiting from Georgia, went in to pick up some subs he ordered on the app. Mitch was working again and my son explained that he was visiting to celebrate his grandmother's 100th birthday, that very day. Mitch graciously comped my son's order with a sincere Happy Birthday wish for his grandmother. Mitch is obviously a service-oriented, customer-friendly manager. I can only hope that his superiors recognize this gentlemen as the valuable employee that he is.Oh, and he makes a great sub too!“
“Take great nephews here often & service is always great. This one day there was a line @ the door as they were down one of the sandwiche makers. The staff were so kind & sincerely apologetic that Not One Person Complained. Kudos to the one guy with a gorgeous smile keeping all entertained & happy.“
“I don’t leave reviews often but this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle recently. The employees were on top of everything but very nice, especially when there were changes in food. There was a long line and it took less than 5 minutes to start our order. The food also tasted very fresh. Nothing I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle. These employees deserve some credit!“

There is a park located right next to the restaurant to go sit and enjoy your meal if you wanted to. The restaurant itself is very small and tight fitting. Best prices around too!“

Although the coffee tastes a little cheap—like gas station coffee—it's still a pleasant experience all around. Very prompt and courteous staff as well.“
