When you ask for cheese on a chicken sandwich it seems like you don’t get a full slice or none at all but you want my full money. “AMAZING CHICKEN!! First time here, so I *had* to get a Grim Reaper slider. What incredible flavor; what INCREDIBLE heat; PHEW! The meal came with a side order of fries and delicious "Birdie Sauce"; I also added a square of cornbread and a soda.I started with the fries to get a little food in my stomach, then I tried the slider. Initially, it was very crisp and juicy, then the heat started. Take your time, temper the heat with fries, and keep going. I was done in about 10 minutes, and DAYUM was it hot! Sweating, nose running, etc, but it was good, and SOOOOOOOO HOT . Will I come back? Absolutely. Will I do another Grim Reaper slider? Definitely!Parking: Small shopping center parking lot, but you should be able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: The spiciness of their chicken goes down to "no spice", so even kids can eat here comfortably.“

“Today I came on this cold day to get a nice soft serve and the customer service was absolutely immaculate. Zarique (Sorry if I missed spelled his name) was all smiles and amazing customer service. It was not busy so the food was given to us in a timely manner. Shared some with his food and it was good. Made fresh and hot. We even ate outside even if it was cold. “What a sweet, friendly attentive young lady who waited on us! We asked her questions about a few of the choices, and she explained them in a very calm way, with a smile on her face. These are the employees that businesses need. She took her job seriously, got our orders accurate and presented them in a cheerful way. The blizzards, she recommended passed our expectations!“

“A rainy 4th of July and didn't think they would be open, Thank god I didn't bring anything for lunch/dinner to work. Ended up getting a turkey, salami, provolone Mike's way. Was a pretty good sandwich and had leftovers for lunch the next day. No issues and the sandwich was done right.“

“This was by far one of the most amazing subways I have ever been in! Such outstanding service! The gentleman who owns the shop was very friendly and he offered us extra spicy pickled vegetables that he has purchased special just for his son. And he shared them with us! He also gave us a great deal on cookies. I don't know when I'd ever be back by through here, but if I ever was to go to a subway it would be this one. You should be a model for all of the other subways all over the country!“

“Very clean location with friendly staff. I've had a couple different sandwiches Including the #6 and #9 Mikes way with mayo and banana peppers. While the food is always fresh, I think the meats could use a bit more flavor, this is not a location issue but jersey mikes in general.“

Samantha made our experience with her attentive demeanor and heartfelt caring! She went above and beyond to take my order and turn around and cook with the same positive attitude. It was a "to go" order and once we had enjoyed our meal in the car I wanted to come back in and tell her how much we loved everything. Poor Samantha thought I was returning to criticize an issue however, she returned to the register promptly to address whatever I had to say ...LOL this is what she related to me after. Samantha's smile could not have been any brighter and she just radiated when I explained how impressed we were with our meal and the overall encounter with Five Guys Randolph compared to Five Guys previously! The food makes a restaurant a success but ultimately it is the employees that are the very face behind the name. Keep Samantha happy ... owners of Randolph Five Guys and bounce her up to management in whatever capacity you have open! Samantha can go a long way in the hospitality profession if she chooses and will better serve front of the house where she will definitely charm your customers !
