We had Kelly for a waitress and she was unpleasant, I asked her for a well-done Burger but not too well and she brought me out a charcoal burnt Burger almost as hard as my dogs chewing toys...nbs burnt food which is actually toxic for you... my lemonade tasted completely different the second time around ,after I said please take that off the bill because I was disgusted........ as a waitress you should look at the food and say no ...I am not serving this before you give it to the guest also we had a $7 extra charge definitely not recommended been there a few times gave it many chances and we will never be back again... They need a whole new staff and we will be telling our friends and family never to get us a 99 card again

We love the ninety nine chains but this place was a disgrace. Absolutely filthy with the floors looking like a highschool cafeteria food-fight had occurred; im talking dirty utensils, food, wrappers whatnot scattered all over the floors everywhere.
There was about two people working and the joint was empty with one family asides us about to be seated. The hostess was ill-tempered and seated us in the dirtiest spot in the restaurant; a pig sty is cleaner.
We walked out as soon as we could!!
Please do yourselves a favor and stay away.
