I enjoyed going into the Plymouth Crumbl store. The store was super clean and the staff very friendly. The person who helped me explained everything about the cookies, the different types of orders and the loyalty program. I bought a box of cookies as a gift for my medical team and they were so thrilled to receive it. Crumbl cookies are classy (and delicious!!)
Super bright and inviting, cookies of course are amazing. Customer service is severely lacking, 1 out of 3 employees showed some type of life. The employee who waited on me, made me feel as if I interrupted her. There was no life to her, very awkward interaction at such a fun store. If it wasn’t for the young lady with brown hair, buzzing around taking care of things, one would think no one worked there.Kid-friendliness: Fun cookies
