If you haven't ever been to Hearth Artisan Bakery, run don't walk!!! You will thank me later!!!
First, the products are amazing. The bread is absolutely wonderful and the flavors of anything in it totally come through - that's a sign that the bread isn't loaded with additives or old flavorings.
The bagels are like little pillows you want to lay your head on and while have that incomparable chewiness of a bagel, are so tender you can pull them in halves with your fingers.
