This experience was very disappointing. The host couldn't decide where to sit us. Our server was not timely or very attentive until the very end when she needed us to pay our check. Once we were seated, we had to wait at least 5 minutes for the server to come by the table to even get our drink order. The server walked right past our table with our drinks and had to come back to deliver them. Food took 45 minutes to be delivered to our table and my toddler was served her food in a bowl that was too hot for me to even hold, on a plate that was too hot for her to touch. I ordered the fish tacos, which is one of my favorite dishes they serve, and 2 out of the 3 tacos had a piece of fish that was the size of a fish stick. One of my older kids ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese - he said the chicken was good but the Mac n cheese was disgusting. The server finally came over with the check and we asked for a box for my other kid's food. We paid and waited for her to come back with a box. We had to ask someone else to get us a box because we were tired of waiting for her. This whole experience was completely ridiculous.

We Had The Sunday Turkey Dinners, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Cranberry Sauce & Soda's. Very Good, Better Lighting & Seating At Plymouth Than At Pembroke. Great Waitress, Check On Us For Refills. I Just Wish That They Had At 1 TV Without March Madness College Basketball.

The service at this restaurant located in Plymouth, MA was horrible. Not very attentive personally the girl who served us. While our family waited for the food, they were not able to bring us anyrhing in between. Not even a pop corn. Service 1 point...

This 99 is my husband's and my favorite place to eat. You get alot of food for your money and it's it's all really good. We usually order the chicken fingers and steak tip combo meal, you get so much food. One of their appetizers now is the warm pretzels with dipping sauces, which we love. The service is always excellent here as well, highly recommend!

Ate there tonight at the bar. Only 1 bartender way over welmed. Service was sub par at best. Never took order for 20 min. The couple next to me took their order paid their bill before we even got our food Secondly the popcorn one of my favorites I know it's free but was really really salty Didn't receive a setup to eat or refill on our water or anything But the final thing is I took an order to go and apparently their new system now you have to make two separate transactions with two separate cards and two separate tips total bullshit

WOW! Star date 10/13/23… yes, I was in outer space. I’ve been going to the 99’s for 20+ years and by far this is the absolute worst experience evah! The bar tenders were awful and friggin nutz!!!! The drinks were poorly made, the service was horrible and the food; well it was not fit for human consumption. Cold fish, cold limp broccoli, and I think I ordered the cauliflower but I just don’t what I tasted. Do yourself a favor, stay far away, save your time and money. Stop at the packie, pick up a sack of beer, pull up to Mickie D’s and go home! Drive right past this place, you’ll thank me!

My husband and I don’t drink alcohol we sat at the bar to eat as we often do. The bar had not filled up yet. We were not greeted with any pleasant conversation it was all business from the bartender. My husband was in the restroom. I ordered a ginger ale and a water and some menues. I went to the restroom. We were given the drinks no popcorn the bartender came back again no pleasant greetings just what can I get you. We ordered. Other parties came in that we’re ordering alcohol. There were conversations. Popcorn and lots of niceness from both bartenders. This went on. Not once did either of them ask how things were, could they get us anything else. The only contact was to put the check.on the bar. She still didn’t make any contact with us. I put my ATM card on the bar. She came picked it up and ran it. There was no was everything alright , no human interaction at all. All the while they were laughing and chatting up the drinkers. We always leave a 20-25 % tip. We did not this time. We were treated poorly and that made the 60.00 we spent a wasted night. I was Mede to feel uncomfortable at the 99. The bartender was bragging she was a certified trainer that is a shame. She should train herself to treat EVERYONE kindly.

My son's apple juice had a fly in it and the plates were not clean. The manager did not care or show any sort of concern.

It was very quiet as all the tv's were muted? I like a little background noise. Steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it and the service was prompt and
