Excellent stop for travelers! Tanked up on diesel and clerk allowed me to get some water. Dump station around back with nonpotable water. Ordered a very delicious hot ham and egg breakfast sandwich with cold brew on tap. Plan a stop here!

I commonly get gas every other morning at Alltown Fresh gas station in Plymouth. I typically spend $22-23 something to fill up. Today, the auto shut off failed on pump 9 (I believe it was) which I've often used before with no problem, resulting in gas flowing all over me, my car, and the ground. I paid by prepay credit card at the pump. I stopped the gas as soon as I caught the problem and told the attendant who didn't care at all and didn't reimburse the extra $4-5 I'm being charged and beyond what my normal bill usually is every other day. I've reported this station and problem to the State and I'm reporting this to my credit card company as well to open a dispute.
Edit 4.12.25: A higher up did follow up with me since posting this experience, provided very good customer satisfaction, and made up for a very bad start to my work day in Plymouth. I hope to not have this fill up problem again.

Went in there a couple of days ago and made a purchase for a bottle of water. When I went through the register, the cashier told me a dollar & change for the water. Swiped my debit card, no problem (or so I thought). Had my toddler with me so, of course, we had to go back in for a snack. Made a second purchase for $1.89. When I checked my bank account on 2 days later, I had a charge for $1.89 and another for $71 (that I know I didn't make). Called and spoke with John, who stated that if I brought my bank statement in, he'd be able to look into it for me. Went in today with my banking app and showed him the completed transaction for the $1.89 snack and the $71 charge that wasn't mine. John pulled the transaction for my account and was able to show me what was purchased on that other charge. I explained that I had only bought the first item on the list, which was a bottle of water. After explaining the situation to his boss, John was able to refund me the $69 for the extra items that I did not purchase. There was no attitude, no hostility, no feelings of frustration or resentment, and he & his boss were apologetic that it even happened in the first place.
It's not very often that mistakes are resolved this easily and quickly, without attitude, and I just wanted to give John a shout out for the excellent customer service, and appreciate him for the work that he does.

Alltown Fresh is well-known for its affordable gasoline, especially when using their customer app and taking advantage of additional discounts through Upside. In addition to their gas, they also offer a wide range of beverages, customizable sandwiches (I particularly enjoy the falafel), and kombucha. The store is well-maintained and clean, and they prioritize both customer service and compliance with state and federal laws regarding alcohol and tobacco sales. They are diligent about checking IDs!
Waited to get home to write this. The Italian sandwich was amazing.

NOT GLUEN FRIENDLY AVOID!!!, got the GF sandwich they made it on the same cutting board as other sandwiched and dropped the meat on the counter. while putting the meat on the sandwich they wiped the crumbs off the counter and added to my sandwich so i have crumbs of other breads on my sandwich. Was very disappoint and threw it in the trash as i walked out. such a waste of money.
