Speedwell Coffee is a local treasure, the equivalent of a really cool craft brewer, except roasting instead of brewing, and caffeine instead of alcohol. Mostly a commercial operation, it has a retail store in its facility. During good weather, part of the time, there's a funky little trailer outside, from which we've had some of the best-made lattes we've ever enjoyed. I stopped by here for coffee recently. While much of their business is wholesale or online direct-to-consumer, they have a cool coffee truck set up in their parking lot and they have a coffee bar inside. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner and I picked up some of their nitro cold brew canned coffee for the road. If you're a fan of locally roasted coffee, Speedwell is definitely the place to go.
