We love it here. Jim, the manager , is outstanding. All the servers and bartenders are friendly and efficient. They really care!

Our meals were excellent, I had the Seafood Stew, loaded with delicious seafood and tasty sauce. My son ordered the salmon listed on the special menu and was equally pleased. The restaurant was very busy but we were well served. Thank you.

Very loud atmosphere in the restaurant. The large televisions are great for watching sports while dining.

We live in Pinehills and east bay is our favorite restaurant when we want a quick delicious meal. The food is consistently excellent as is the service. Last night was very noisy.... There must of been something happening prior to our dinner.... Great energy

My concerns were because we choose to eat inside the golf room rather than outside because of weather. The food was wonderful but a busy bar nearby limited our conversation. If you go during the day you can avoid this problem by going outside or getting a distant table. Their menu has improved and it is far better that last year. The waitress staff was attentive and very quick to respond to changes we desired. Thank you.

Ambience and noise level could be better. However, it doesn't take away from our loving to go there often for dinner.

We have eaten there for years and the food has dramatically improved recently. Great menu and specials.

The outside seating area is very comfortable and enjoyed the view of golf course. The food was not as good as downtown restaurant. We got fish tacos, but they did not serve it with the delicious mango salsa the downtown restaurant uses. We also got a caesar salad and salmon. The caesar salad had too much dressing and it was watery. We get that every time we go to the downtown restaurant and it is always delicious. The salmon was good, not great.

I had one of the specials, Korean barbecue duck breast with matchstick vegetables and jasmine rice, it was absolutely delicious!

Had a decently enjoyable experience at East Bay Grille. We sat outside and the acoustics made it really hard to hear anyone during the busy time. There were mosquitos all over, so please beware if you are sensitive to bugs to stay inside. The view is pretty and you can see the sunset though which is nice!

Our server really did not give us any time of day. She was terse and not very amicable, clearly wanting us to get our meal done with as fast as we could. We felt somewhat rushed which impacted our experience.

The food itself was pretty good, which made up for the buggy outdoor patio seating and the mediocre service. The steak tips were yummy and it’s convenient you can order a side of protein for cheaper! The rice pilaf was delicious and well spiced and the salmon was divine! The sauce was very well prepared with the perfect tanginess! The coconut shrimp were perfectly breaded, but definitely on the quite sweet side! The cod was a bit bland and the nachos could have had more cheese evenly spread about it, although we appreciated the generous size of the dish.

Overall, was not impressed by the service and the indoor atmosphere was giving “sports bar” with luxury $30+ per entree price, but the food made up for it. Not sure if we’d come back!

Such a nice atmosphere & the food was lovely. My salmon was a slightly overcooked but not enough to stop me from eating & enjoying it, and everything else was perfect. My son declared the poutine with brisket to the the best he had ever tasted and we pretty much licked the bowl. Portions were generous.

Food was delicious. Burger cooked to expectations. Great sangria. Outdoor seating facing golf course. Perfect

We love the East Bay Grille. At times it is loud. Which they can blame on being so popular and crowded. (Think Yogi Berra's famous quote, "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded.") We have friends with food issues who swear by the options offered at the Grille. It is not inexpensive. So we save going there for special friends and occasions, (which we manage to conjure up twice a month all year.) Kudos to Jimmy the manager/boss/welcomer...

The food here is boring. If you eat often here the menu is very unsophisticated. They don't change it often enough and don't offer some foods that are currently offered at other restaurants like tuna. We only eat here as a convenience after playing golf. Last night they compted my hamburger as it came well done when ordered medium rare. This is not the first time this has happened. There is often a problem in the kitchen. Too bad as it's a nice venue.

We eat here a lot and love that you can make a reservation for outdoor dining. Last night we had a 6:00 reservation for outdoor dining. When we arrived just before 6:00 we were told our table would be ready in 5 minutes. Well, we weren't seated until 6:35. The party at the table just stayed and talked after they got their bill. The manager said that he would never ask a party to leave, which we appreciate, but we felt that this party could have been encouraged to leave sooner. The meal was good, as always. But we were a bit annoyed about waiting so long.
