The food was really good, further more, the service was quick and easy, and the atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. Definitely would recommend if you would like to avoid the more fancier restaurants in downtown Plymouth.

Great place to bring the kids! Clean restaurants and friendly team.
I feel really bad for my waitress she is the only one on the floor and has 11 tables, lots of kids and still has a smile and very efficient. This lady deserves a raise for sure. And as busy as she is she checks on me regularly. Outstanding server

I haven't been to a Friendly's in a very long time because I have had bad experiences in the past. I truly enjoyed this visit after 15 years.

I travel a lot so I stop at friendly's now and again and usually have an good experience.... Tonight was not one of those times. I asked for hot tea, and it literally came out cold like she had used cold tap water. I had to make the server put her finger into the cup to make her understand that the water was cold, not hot. She went back and I think may have just microwaved it because I got a lukewarm cup of tea back in a tiny mug that cost $2.99 and never got a refill.
I waited a really long time for my fishamajig and onion rings and then when I finally got it, instead of onion rings I got waffle fries that were ice cold and a fish sandwich that was scalding hot, like just out of the deep fryer. The waitress acknowledged the mistake and brought me warmish onion rings in a to go styrofoam box...which was a little weird. The server was nice...but seemed young and maybe inexperienced. She did respond to everything I pointed out but it just felt like they were way off their game. There were only 2 other customer tables in the whole place and 4 other employees that I could see. Not sure why they couldn't get 3 tables of orders correct.

Went here to eat.We were led to our table in an orderly fashion and given menus.We sat for ten minutes waiting for a server to take our order.But no one came even though their were six servers chatting in the corner.We walked out passed them and not a one of them said a think . Apparently their job is only to chit chat.

Just went to the Plymouth location today. We sat down and waited over 30 minutes and still no one came to take our drink order or food order. They didn’t say anything. There was at least five workers there but all of them were just standing around. We got up and left and another table left right behind us. Will never try this place again.
Excellent food, great service…Friendly’s was the OG for burgers and they are back!!

I am 55 years old. That was the worst food I ever had .

I got a bacon cheeseburger, no tomato, no lettuce with mayo. It was cooked perfectly and only had on it what I wanted. The loaded waffle fries were really good too. I also got a honey bbq chicken supermelt with loaded waffle fries. The bread was toasted nicely and not over buttered. We got two happy ending sundaes made perfectly as well. I ordered on the app and arrived at the appointed time. The sundaes were done and they were just packing up the hot food. The staff was really on target today! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We will be going back again soon!
