Friendlys cut corners too much with food quality. Bring back crinkle cut fries instead of those McDonald type ones.I know it's not the restaurants fault.Ice-cream still good. It was better before they started cheaping out.

Whole staff was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious and came out quick. Thank
i love going to this locatio. They're always very nice, attentive and efficient. I probably go for shakes a couple times per month and sit down to have dinner maybe 1-2x per month. It's one of my first choices as I'm not a drinker and prefer the simplicity of an old fashioned ice cream diner. My literal only complaint is that the company removed the reuben from their menu and replaced it with something similar but not nearly as good. Hopefully they'll reconsider in the near future.

It been years since I have been to a Friendly's the food is good the ice cream was awesome I would recommend this Laplace also the service was very good and prices also

Nearly $70 for 3 people is nuts for Friendly's. We only got entrees. Food was okay.
Friendly's has maybe 3 dishes I order and I love getting ice cream here. I ordered ahead but still there was a wait time but that wasn't long at all. The establishment needs updating badly , maybe even add some kid friendly games and send offers through emails. The sandwich honey BBQ chicken supermelt was very very heavy just too much chicken and BBQ sauce so I did not eat much I knew I would feel sick after but my fiance ate his and he did end up with a bad stomach ache. Not to mention the fries with the meal were so little which was a waste of the amount paid. My experience here is order to leave because the environment isn't personal at all its very hectic seeing the children have nothing fun to do so alot of cranky kids and the set up of seating isn't ideal. The floor is so dirty and they lack employers , which none had a smile on their face at all. Not exactly friendly , I think they need better management seems they hire people and don't give them much training. After years of going here I would think they'd have updated the establishment by now but they have not. It's very much needed. The menu needs more new items as well.Kid-friendliness: I added in my initial review that they should update and add kid friendly games to have more family moments
