Great place with some great unique flavors, the cake batter flavor was phenomenal - prices were def a bit high tho, still great ice cream!

Love this place! Everything I've tried has been exceptional. I'm not much of an ice cream but I was really blown away by the quality and how flavorful it was. The chocolate and caramels stole the show for me though! Highly recommend snagging some of the chocolate covered cookies as well.

We stopped by Kilwins today. It was such a charming shop and everything looked delicious. Unfortunately, my five year old has peanut and tree nut allergies and we were told quite firmly that there wasn’t anything safe for him to eat due to cross-contamination. I completely understand the importance of being cautious with allergies but the interaction felt a bit abrupt and disappointing for us as a family. Just something for other allergy aware parents to keep in mind.

This place is easily one of my favorite shops to visit. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and just makes you want to stay longer than you planned. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with friendly faces and genuinely amazing service that never disappoints. The staff is always kind, patient, and happy to help, which really makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, everything is consistently delicious, and it’s clear they put a lot of care into what they do. I always leave in a better mood and already looking forward to my next visit.

Love Kilwins Chocolates & Ice Cream! The employees are super friendly and always make the experience fun and welcoming. Everything they sell is absolutely delicious; the ice cream and chocolates are always fresh and amazing. It’s the perfect place for a sweet treat, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Walked in yesterday and got myself some wonderfully themed and delicious chocolates. The themed chocolate covered Oreos are super cute and will make fantastic gifts for loved ones. Employees were lovely, and incredibly helpful. Can't wait to gift chocolates to all of my family this Christmas!

I love this candy shop/ice cream shop. It’s conveniently located across from an arcade that my daughters like to play at. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your kids here for ice cream on a warm summer day, after a nice walk along the beach, or visit them around Christmas for amazing holiday treats!

If you're a fan of Kilwin's it's like the other locations.

My brother just returned from a trip to Plymouth Rock and brought back the Sea Salt Chocolate Caramels. All I can say is OMG!!! The best caramels I’ve ever had! Beyond delicious! 💯 recommend!!!

Posted hours are 8pm but closed before 7:45. Employees inside wouldn't serve us. Change your posted hours so we don't drive into town for ice cream if you aren't going to stay open.

Stopped in on Labor Day, absolutely zero acknowledgment when I walked in. Mind you I’m the only customer at the time in the store. Okay whatever I walked over to where the ice cream is located, still no acknowledgment. I had to ask for service. At that point the guy assisted me like he was doing a chore. Ice cream is delicious and customer service today was absolutely disgusting. I will be calling to speak with someone about this.

Best ice cream ever my favorite toasted coconut with waffle cone of course!

My 3 yr old was so excited for ice cream tonight and especially her toppings. When we walked out she dropped the cup and all the toppings fell off but we managed to save the ice cream itself. She was really sad about losing the cherry on top. I went back in and asked if it was possible to just get one cherry to replace the one she dropped, and was very generously given three cherries! She was so excited! Thank you for your kindness and making my little girls night!
