A fairly typical option for eastern Massachusetts. It was a bit disappointing that the chips tasted stale, particularly the nachos. Hard to hide that. The service was very attentive and friendly.
La Bamba is a great little Mexican restaurant in the cultural part of Plymouth. At first glance it looks like any other comparable restaurant. But I will say what made La Bamba stand out was the high quality of their dishes. There's just something a little extra they do that elevates each meal, whether its marinating a taco's tortilla or using black beans for vegetarian dishes. The enchilada mole and pork carnitas burrito was so tasty and a big portion. We also had one of the best margaritas that we've had in a while. Food and drink truly authentic. Will definitely go back to try other items on the menu and the margaritas!
