Mamma Mia's is located on Water Street in the center of downtown Plymouth. One may dine indoors or upstairs on a wrap-a-round deck with umbrella tables. The red sauce is more like my Nanny's gravy, thick and tasty. I had chicken parmesan served over ziti. The chicken was good in the middle but very dry and hard on the edges. Also they forgot the cheese! It was covered in so much sauce that I didn't realize it was missing the cheese until later. My husband...
Busy (in a good way!) place, fantastic location overlooking the harbour. Not many vegan/ veggie options, so we had to go tomato pasta, but food was nice and the server Carl was great
We came in as a group of 4 on a Tuesday. Got seated on the balcony facing the water. What an absolutely beautiful and peaceful view. Great atmosphere. There are lots of stairs to get there, but that is simply the building.
I think we were the first people there.
We had to ask our server three times for water. We got the eggplant tower as an appetizer. Is once very good once we finally got plates and silverware to use.
