First off I would just like to say that we did have an issue and I called and the manager Sean to care of my issue immediately and was extremely nice and attentive and that's why even though we had a small issue I'm giving it five stars. I got the French dip and I was pretty surprised it was really good it was pretty lean meat it wasn't fatty at all the dip was pretty much onion soup and I wish that it would have been an au jus the onion soup was good and the sandwich itself was very lean and good. Everything that we had was very tasty. The only issue we had was we had ordered two chicken soups because two folks in our house are not feeling well and we wanted to get some chicken soup for them. The issue was we got one chicken soup and we got one broccoli cheese soup. We ate both of the soups and they were both very good it's just one person really wished that they had gotten the chicken soup instead of the broccoli cheese. I called just to let the manager know that there was a mistake. He immediately said how sorry he was and refunded not only the one mistaken soup that we got but he also refunded us the other soup. And to top it all off he said the next time we go through we should mention his name Sean and let them know and get a free cookie. He was so pleasant about the whole experience so apologetic. The food was very good even though there was an issue the manager's response was excellent and every establishment should take a lesson from this type of response. We will definitely be continuing to get food from this establishment.

Got a cup of soup and half sandwich. Food was good. Service was good. Only issue was that we were offered something to go with the sandwich. The board indicated an apple or bag of chips but we were told we could also have a fruit cup so we got that instead of the apple. We weren't told that the fruit cup wasn't included but was $2.19 which we didn't notice until after we started eating. If they are going to try to upcharge, they need to make it clear that what we were offered would be an additional charge. We should have gotten the apple or chips which should have been included along with the upcharged fruit cup.

Parena Bread offers a reliable dining experience with welcoming staff and delicious food. The pizza, BBQ chicken sandwich, and tuna sandwich are all tasty and satisfying. In terms of salads, the southwest chicken ranch salad is a standout. The creamy tomato soup and broccoli cheddar soup are both rich and flavorful. The only minor complaint is the music volume, which can sometimes be a bit too loud for a comfortable dining experience.

Service was cordial. Coffee was good, but Classic Avo was not what is pictured in the ad. $4.19 for a thin slice of bread with avocado spread thinly like margarine. Not a deal at all.

Hello! I think this is a good place to relax or go to breakfast with someone. I don’t come here very often so I am not very familiar with the touch screen they have, but if you were to have an account I would say it seems simple to do. Here is my ratings about this place, and i mean no hate!
Place: Has tons of seating and workers clean tables every once in a while. You walk in and know exactly where to go. Left to sit and right to order. Also the pick up is in front of where you order.
Service: Half of the workers actually do their job and the other half can be very impatient rude, and it’s mostly the manager.
Food: The food is pretty good! I have no complaints besides it being pricey.
Bathroom: I tend to go to the bathroom after 2 sips of a drink lol but there are a few issues. 1) Door being too loud. The door being loud isn’t a big deal at all but it does seem to trigger kids (either make them play with the door to make a repeating squeaking sound or they cry from the sound). I also have anxiety so whenever the door opens I get scared lol. Also I don’t want to seem like a karen or anything, I just feel like the door hinges could be replaced.
2) Stall door crack. The stall gap is very wide and I can everything in the bathroom from the gap. I can see the person who walks in, who also can see me. It is not only awkward but also an invasion of privacy. And gross. They do have hooks which is nice and a flag tampon box to put your bag or phone on top of (us ladies know we need that for our stuff!!).
3) TRASH. Every time I use the bathroom it seems that the trash is overflowing like crazy!
Atmosphere: Good. Everyone surrounding just keeps to themself and everything’s pretty good.
Parking: It’s a “plaza parking” so there was plenty of spots to park.
