First time dining here since it was T-Bones. Nice selection of apps, entrees, and sides. They have a daily special, today it was Taco Tuesday. I had the chicken tender entrée. This came with steak fries and cole slaw as the sides. My partner had two sides, the collard greens and the traditional Mac and cheese. Everything was great. The steak fries had a nice seasoning on them. The collard greens were cooked perfectly and were flavorful. The chicken fingers looked like they actually were from a chicken. There are definitely other items we will try on our next visit. The waitress was uber friendly, helpful, and timely. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My BF and I tried Proof 22 last night on a whim. We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us around 6:45 pm. I don't expect the best table when you don't have a reservation but it was clear why the table we were sat at was available. Directly under a speaker playing loud club type music. It was also very cold. We had to keep our jackets on, as did most people sitting in the area within sight, and my BF eventually asked to switch tables. Although we could now hear each other speak (music still loud but we were not under a speaker), definitely still cold. It took quite a bit of time to get our appetizer of french fried pickles. They were good and came out hot. Our entrees took a while to come out and were luke warm. Food was decent. Our server was nice and fairly attentive. Could be they were short staffed. Seems like they want to attract a younger crowd given the type of music and volume. I love music and I don't mind it loud but during a dinner rush you'd think it would be a selection that appeals to most people at a tolerable decibel. Music was even loud in the restrooms. Turn on the damn heat! My legs should not feel cold to the touch when sitting inside nor should I have to wear a jacket while eating. For those reasons, we mostly likely won't be back.

I am giving five stars because of the service we received at the bar this past Saturday evening. We only had cocktails which were made by Morgan and they were so tasty, I highly recomment the dirty Martini!! Although it was extremely busy we never had to wait for a refill and Morgan was by far one of the hardest working bartenders I have ever seen. She literally was running the bar solo and was absolutely crushing it.

If you’re looking for authentic southern food, this place just misses it. While the Cole slaw, fries, & pulled pork was delicious the corn bread was unusual. It seemed to be made heavily with flour & not corn meal. If this was a twist on corn bread, it was not a favorite. They also did not have sweet tea which is a southern staple. All that to say, the service was great and atmosphere was warm and inviting

I have tried their food a few times. I wasn't really impressed until last night when I had the grilled peach salad. Just WOW! The combination of grilled peaches, pecans and bleu cheese was delicious and the dressing is absolutely amazing,

Service & atmosphere was good at the bar. I don't like hating on places. I don't let a bad experience ruin a visit but this definitely is their habitual quality and has nothing to do with a bad day. I'm convinced you can get better ribs at a chain restaurant. We had to cut our ribs with a knife and fork, they were terribly dry and the seasoning was embedded on the skin with no flavor. Chicken skin was rubber and wet, I think an air fryer would even suffice to improve the texture. Corn bread seems like boxed quality served in a cupcake mold. Which would be fine if it wasn't dry as heck. Brisket normally has a nice crispy seasoned fat edge. Was mushy and tasteless. The 3 sauces we got were just sweet. Might as well have been from a Walmart brand of golden bbq and bourbon bbq. Def a place to go when you're drinking heavily and want a dive bar good time and don't care what you consume. Hopefully they improve, but I suppose that's what you get for going to Plymouth and ordering "bbq".

Nice place but the food we got was just ok. Have got much better barbecue at other places. The nachos were pretty good though. Maybe the other food is good.
