Great bloody mary!!
We had the pleasure of being served by Mabelle at Proof 22, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, sweet, and attentive. You could feel her genuine warmth and care in every interaction.

Had a really good burger at this place. Really. But service was slow and pretty inefficient, from setting us up and cleaning up our table, to bring menus. We also paid with the QR code on our bill and they ran after us as they thought we hadn’t paid. Apparently we were their first customers to use this.
Proof 22 offers a diverse menu with daily specials, including Taco Tuesday. Their dishes, such as the chicken tender entrée with steak fries and cole slaw, are flavorful and expertly prepared. The bar serves tasty cocktails, with a recommended dirty Martini and a new drink called the “watermelon jolly rancher,” which customers find beyond tasty. The grilled peach salad, featuring grilled peaches, pecans, and bleu cheese, remains a standout dish.
However, some recent feedback mentions disappointment regarding the new food menu, particularly for vegetarians and omnivores, as there are almost no vegetarian options. The turkey club sandwich has been described as bland, and some sides like sweet potato fries have arrived lukewarm. Despite these concerns, the service is friendly and attentive, with staff handling busy situations well.
