Had a hair in my pizza manager said he would refund my $ , never did and he was too busy listening to someone chatting in the background of phone then to me and was so rude !!!! I was very nice about but now I am pissed that my $ wasn’t refunded for a pizza that $30 and only one slice that hair in was taken .. pizza was thrown away.. don’t order from them !!!

Great people with great food. Get the steak thriller w/,banana peppers.

Food is great from pizza and calzones to subs and fries! The staff does a great job with service at this busy hotspot. They always have a great selection of desserts available as well.

Overpriced, messed up food. I only order from there out of necessity. It is maybe once every year or 2. They have managed to screw up my food EVERY single time .... And when I call to get it rectified, they try and BLAME ME.

Good luck here ! Rose and Vicki’s and getting way too big of a company to care nowadays… has been going downhill for some time now. Usually get a buffalo chicken tender sub with blue cheese - out of the last 8 times I got buffalo ONCE. Oh and getting your sauces?! Don’t expect them.. They probably managed to open their other locations of off sold but never given out items alone! It is so crazy that even a basic two topping pizza gets charged at two topping then I get one of the toppings I asked for? It’s like they’re trying to scam customers and see what they can get away with! I have stopped calling and asking for solutions to my wronged orders, maybe that’s my mistake, but I’m not going to call and get the run around by the girl at the front who can never find an order when I pickup then wait for a new sub that MIGHT be right while the rest of my family eats. Won’t even give them an A for effort because so many times I go inside and there are a dozen people hanging out. Do better Rosie’s - where’s the owner at?! Get back to your roots because you’re losing some original customers.

This is a good pizza place. They have 3 drink fridges so you have a lot of choices. They also have good deals on pizzas one is buy two large cheese pizza you can get a free 2 liter soda from any Pepsi company. As well they have a lot of wraps so if you like wraps get those. Overall it’s just like your average pizza place.

Love the mac and cheese bites. I've never had a problem calling in an order for pick up and their delivery service is prompt.

Parking: Ive never had a problem parking. The lot is big enough.

The pizza and baked desserts were delicious, and the employees were very friendly. Absolutely the best pizza around!
