Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice and modern. We asked to leave our bags for a few hours and we're told it was no problem so we didn't make alternate plans for our luggage, then when it came time to leave our bags another front desk attendant told us only locked bags, if we would have know prior to that we would have made other arrangements. It was a big inconvenience and the front desk personnel were not helpful or apologetic. Also advertised breakfast and there was not breakfast available. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I was drawn in on the website by the ocean front location. While the view is nice and access to the water OK, it is a marginal Motel. The rooms are very dated. Dispite the no smoking signs everywhere, guests sit out on the patios and smoke into the night with smoke then wafting up into open windows. Our room had wads of previous guest's hair on the floor. Continental breakfast was mostly unappealing, so we passed except coffee out of a machine. For upwards of $324 per night, I could have stayed at much nicer accommodations elsewhere in Plymouth and sat out on Long Beach on my own. I would not recommend or go back.

We went back for Labor Day weekend, and the place had improved greatly. The location is very nice, and the manager, whose name is Nav, was very sweet and accommodating. We will return.

Owners Changed 2 years ago. Very different & Very disappointing. Restaurant is CLOSED. Checked in mosquitos and spiders greeted us - lighting is old and dim. Chairs & table look from a tag sale. Bedding is 1970's themed and mattress is NOT new. One bathroom curtain is old... other "new". No coffee maker. WiFi does not work. Breakfast was a joke. No fruit "we had apples but ran out" coffee is instant tea water. You need to tell them if anything ran out ~ no one runs breakfast. No diabetic or gluten free options. The outside deck is not maintained ~ less chairs - obvious that they are not replacing any deck furniture. Same blue & white lawn chairs from 7 years ago! And room keys. Yes you get 1 key.

Have gone a few times every year for the last four or five years and just love it! Fun and casual with breathtaking views. Awesome atmosphere to enjoy your vacation or time away in! Only people looking to complain will have something to complain about. We always enjoy our time here

Been to countless hotels / motels in my life & this one is by far my favorite of all time! The view cannot be beat!!! The cleanliness is wonderful especially for a place with a ton of foot traffic between two pools, a hot tub, and a beach!!! The hotel has its own private stairway to the beach which is beautiful high or low tide. The water is clear; cold as expected, but incredibly refreshing and easy to lose the day just relaxing in the sand, jumping off the rocks, or taking a break in one of their many seating areas! The restaurant is closed but door dash, grub hub, etc are available as well as many delivery places. Plymouth Center is 15 minutes down the road which many eating options as well. If you're a morning person (like me) the sunrise and morning breeze is breathtaking, likewise the sunset with the oceans waves in the background. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, friend trips, whatever you're looking for! You will not be disappointed

Don't recommend. Reservation was for ocean side. They gave us parking lot then demanded another $125 in fees to get our reservation correct. Queen beds are full size. No restaurant, no bar, no entertainment as advertised when booking room. Terrible customer service. Argued with me about all this as if I was in the wrong. Will not stay here again.

So everyone one seems concerned about the upkeep of the property. No more dust or anything else than you would find at home. Lol this is coming from a transient couple for years. I can tell you the greatest gift we found here is peace of mind. We were respected and accepted for the beautiful people we are by equally beautiful people. We wouldn't have asked for more. We have been blessed. We came here by surprise and Vijay,Kelly, and all the others here have always made us welcome. Under new ownership now we need to leave, we have been offered an alternative. In middleboro, my guy needs surgery in Boston his Dr. Is at bid Plymouth. So that's not going to work. Sadly we will have to camp this summer and hope my guy heals before winter. Then I don't know what we will do.so we loved being here. I absolutely love the ocean. I wish the hotel well hoeber cacidas and all the extras will be great for a minute then the next hurricane will pass through.

We stopped here on a whim after seeing a show at Priscilla Beach Theatre honestly b/c it was open late. Don’t be fooled as you walk in. It’s a lounge past the front desk of the Pilgrim Sands hotel so we weren’t sure what to expect but we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. We order the Jawayan meatball pizza. It was DELICIOUS. This is a family run Jamaican restaurant and the owner Shereen (sp?) could not have been nicer. Great experience, service, and delicious pizza!
