I came for afternoon tea with my teenaged daughter and son. We loved it! Each pot of tea was just right and the food was delicious. We tried all 4 varieties of finger sandwich on the first round, and then had seconds of the ones we chose. The scones were the best we have ever had, and made even better layered with butter, jam, and clotted cream. We weren’t even sure if we had room for the desserts, but we tasted each and they were all equally scrumptious, we couldn’t pick...
First time visit, came for my birthday with my family it was great. Booked weekday so the atmosphere was very relaxing, cozy and not that busy when we arrived. The owner is so friendly and kind. She did it all from taking orders to preparing food it was impressive. We got Windsor Afternoon Tea sets that came with a starter mulled wine tea, different pot of tea for each of us, finger sandwiches, fresh scones with spreads and a few petite desserts. We had such a fabulous experience getting the Windsor Tea at Shelly’s. The owner was incredibly accommodating and we were able to enjoy vegan versions of everything on the menu, including our daughter’s princess tea! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we will definitely be back.
