This was our third visit to Shikku Hot Pot and other than our wonderful server, the food was very disappointing. When we inquired about why the dumplings were deep fried, our server informed us that they have a new chef. Previously the dumplings were steamed and delicious, this time hard as rocks and not tasty at all. We also ordered a pork dish that was kind of like chunks of pork, long/skinny and also deep fried with aioli sauce (really) on them. The salt and pepper calamari...read full review
