Frequently order on the app. I'm often left standing in the store for up to 15 minutes because they seem to prioritize the drive thru customers over anything else. The only reason I get my coffee here is because my wife prefers their coffee. I have had to stop ordering hot coffee here. Without fail, the hot coffee is luke warm at best and stone cold by the time I finish it. Went to the drive thru today after work (about 6 pm) to order 2 London Fogs (tea lattes), emphasizing to add vanilla syrup.The employee (I am guessing she was new) replied that was not available. I don't eat the food from Starbucks. Nothing for nothing but, it tastes like cardboard. And the little egg bites are just gross. But as far as coffee top notch in book. Cold brew is great!
